    The promotion runs during the 59th GRAMMY Awards beginning at approximately 8:00:00 PM EST on 2/12/17 and ending after the broadcast at approximately 11:59:59 PM EST.
  • Who is eligible to participate? ▶︎
    The promotion is open to permanent, legal residents of the 50 United States and DC who are 18 years or older.
  • How does the promotion work? ▶︎
    During the show, as each GRAMMY is presented, a new special offer will be unlocked. Fans can purchase these offers with Masterpass for just $1.
  • Do all the offers cost $1? ▶︎
    Yes. Regardless of value, your cost for all available offers is just $1 with Masterpass.
  • How long will each offer be available? ▶︎
    Once unlocked, each offer will remain available until all stock has been purchased. Each offer is limited in quantity, so it’s best to use Masterpass to purchase your favorite soon after it becomes available.
  • What's the bonus box? ▶︎
    The bonus box is an additional offer that will unlock each time a GRAMMY winner "Thanks The Fans" in their acceptance speech. If a winning artist in one category does not "Thank The Fans," the bonus box will remain locked until another winner does.
  • Can I Masterpass more than one offer? ▶︎
    Yes. You may purchase each offer once, for a maximum total of 18 purchases per person and/or Masterpass account.
  • Can I buy more than one offer at the same time? ▶︎
    No, each offer must be purchased separately.
  • Do I need a Masterpass account to participate? ▶︎
    Yes, all offers must be purchased with Masterpass. If you do not have a Masterpass account, you may create one at masterpass.com.
  • How will I receive my purchase? ▶︎
    Delivery method varies by offer. Once you've made your purchase, full details will be sent to you in a confirmation email.
  • How long will it take to fulfill my order? ▶︎
    All gift card offers will be fulfilled within 1 to 3 weeks of purchase.

    There are no fees or charges to use Masterpass. But remember, if you ever opt to receive notifications about your account by text message, you may incur standard messaging fees from your mobile phone carrier.
  • What should I do if I no longer have access to the email address and phone number associated with my Masterpass account? ▶︎
    If you still have access to either your mobile phone number or your email address, you can sign in to your account using that information. It's also easy to update the personal information associated with your Masterpass account.

    First sign in to your account and select Edit Wallet Information and make the necessary edits to your wallet. When you are finished making edits click Continue.
